Online ordering and Chi Loyalty Rewards are provided through Toast, Inc. Orders, payments, and loyalty accounts are subject to Toast's terms and policies in addition to these Terms. Loyalty points and rewards have no cash value, and program details may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Catering and Events

Catering and event requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until we contact you to confirm the details. Additional terms, such as deposits or cancellation policies, may apply and will be provided at the time of booking.

Food Allergies

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. Menu descriptions on the Site may not list every ingredient. Please tell your server about any food allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens.

Alcoholic Beverages
